The board game “Comunica-te”, which addresses topics such as service, communication and collaboration, was developed specifically for the 2023 Administrative Teams Seminar of the HEI analyzed. The methodology used consisted of a case study with a qualitative and descriptive approach, with data collection carried out through a questionnaire applied to the twenty-two employees who participated in the seminar. The results indicated that employees highlighted the learning process, describing the practical workshop as a fun, different and light-hearted experience. Teamwork and partnership were aspects that stood out, and team motivation resulted in greater engagement, allowing full participation even by new members, who felt integrated into the process.
