Article Submission Tutorial

1. To submit an article to the journal, the author must register by selecting REGISTER from the main menu.

 

2. The author must complete the registration fields, carefully ensuring that a valid email address is entered. To submit an article, select the Author option included in the registration form. 

 

3. Following registration, the author can access the journal using his or her LOGIN and PASSWORD

4. To submit articles or reviews, the user must select the USER PAGE option from the main menu and then click on the Author link.

 

5. A screen with a list of the user's active submissions will appear. To submit an article, select the CLICK HERE link and complete the five steps of the Submission process. 

 

Step 1: Start submission

  • Select the section of the journal in which the author wishes to publish (Articles or Reviews);
  • Accept the terms of submission (Required);
  • Agree to the statement of Copyright;
  • Include comments to the Editor (Optional).

 

Step 2: Inclusion of metadata

  • List the names of the authors (carefully enter a valid email address for each author in the corresponding field);
  • Enter the title and abstract of the work;
  • Indexing (list of keywords separated semicolons);
  • Funding agencies (if any).

 

Step 3: Manuscript submission.

Step 4: Submission of additional files (Optional).

Step 5: Submission confirmation.
