Ética y prácticas de la investigación en la historia oral: reflexiones desde el contexto italiano y europeo

Los cambios tecnológicos y los aspectos legales relacionados con la protección de datos personales están planteando nuevas cuestiones que imponen, en primer lugar, una reflexión metodológica sobre la responsabilidad y la esfera deontológica de quienes investigan y enseñan con fuentes orales. A lo largo de 10 años, la Asociación Italiana de Historia Oral (AISO) ha elaborado reflexiones y documentos al respecto; entre ellos, el texto Buenas prácticas para la historia oral, publicado por primera vez en 2015 y luego revisado en 2020 para responder a la nueva legislación de la UE sobre protección de datos. El ensayo surge de una confrontación de la experiencia italiana y europea con el grupo de trabajo sobre ética de la investigación del Foro de Humanidades, Ciencias Sociales, Ciencias Sociales Aplicadas, Lingüística, Letras y Artes (FCHSSALLA). Consta de tres partes: el proceso de redacción del documento de Buenas Prácticas de la AISO; la recepción de las Buenas Prácticas y el impacto de la legislación de la UE sobre protección de datos; la cuestión de los archivos orales y el debate sobre la Ciencia Abierta y su aplicación en la investigación académica y la vida universitaria.
