La educación matemática en España
Abstract
This paper is an overview of the Mathematics Education in Spain. It presents: a) a review of the laws which have constituted the Spanish Educational System from the democratic overture; b) groups of work, teachers’ associations, and other institutions which have conducted the current research lines in Mathematics Education and c) an analysis of the problems of Mathematics teaching in each stage of the educational system. From these issues some future research perspectives are presented.
