Na qualidade de atores locais, foram selecionados os prestadores de serviços hoteleiros, o poder público municipal e as entidades representativas do turismo local. A rede social foi identificada por meio da realização de entrevistas sobre as relações sociais estabelecidas entre os atores do setor turístico. A amostra totaliza 32 entrevistados vinculados ao turismo local, considerados atores e/ou grupos de poder.
