Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the perception of employees in the customer service sector of a Higher Education Institution (HEI) regarding the experience and learning process provided by the game “Comunica-te”. The board game “Comunica-te”, which addresses topics such as service, communication and collaboration, was developed specifically for the 2023 Administrative Teams Seminar of the HEI analyzed. The methodology used consisted of a case study with a qualitative and descriptive approach, with data collection carried out through a questionnaire applied to the twenty-two employees who participated in the seminar. The results indicated that employees highlighted the learning process, describing the practical workshop as a fun, different and light-hearted experience. Teamwork and partnership were aspects that stood out, and team motivation resulted in greater engagement, allowing full participation even by new members, who felt integrated into the process. Employees unanimously concluded that using games contributes to professional development.
