Digital university extension in postharvest is still rarely examined as an organizational ecosystem of knowledge circulation, and is often reduced to websites or isolated actions. This article aims to understand how the Grain Clinic, a permanent extension product of the Storage Technology Center (NTA/FAAZ/UFMT) linked to the project “Conexões Interinstitucionais para Inovação e Comunicação Positiva no Agronegócio Sustentável Global em Mato Grosso” (Edital PROCEV/UFMT nº 17/EXT/2024), structures this process. It is a qualitative theoretical-conceptual study based on an integrative review, documentary analysis and descriptive indicators from project reports submitted to SIEX. Ten technical materials, seven courses and four digital calculators were identified, articulated with the portal, social channels and laboratory. The Integrated Agricultural Knowledge Transfer Ecosystem (EITCA) is proposed. The Clinic operates as a hybrid sociotechnical ecosystem in which translation and infrastructure are strongly observable, while appropriation and impact remain unmeasured.
