University extension is an important strategy for integrating academic education with health promotion in institutionalized older adult care settings. This study aimed to analyze the reports produced by undergraduate students participating in the Pessoa Idosa em Movimento (Older Adults in Movement) Project, seeking to understand the care processes and learning experiences developed throughout the extension program. This is a qualitative, documentary study based on content analysis. The corpus consisted of 129 reports prepared by seven Physical Education undergraduate students, referring to interventions carried out between March and May 2026. The analysis identified eight thematic categories, highlighting the central role of planning, individualized adaptations, the use of pedagogical strategies, relationship building, overcoming barriers, and the development of professional competencies. It is concluded that extension reports constitute an important source for understanding both the care processes directed toward older adults and the critical, reflective, and humanized education of future professionals.
