O TURNOVER E A PESSOA COM DEFICIÊNCIA
POLÍTICAS AUTORREGULATÓRIAS PARA FINS DE PROJEÇÃO PROFISSIONAL
Abstract
This text aims to present as a problem the hypothesis that the protection of persons with disabilities in the workplace, through the creation of a career and compensation plan, can be implemented by employers as a means of promoting effective inclusion. In this perspective, the general objective is to investigate how the promotion of employment for persons with disabilities can be incorporated by employers through a self-regulatory policy. The study uses a qualitative methodology and the deductive method, starting from a literature review to understand the history of the (in)visibility of persons with disabilities. The result of the study suggests that the implementation of a specific career and compensation plan for persons with disabilities has the potential to reduce the incidence of turnover. Data collection instruments include bibliographic and documentary research.
