Estágio e docência na Educação Infantil: questões teóricas e práticas

Abstract
As reflexões apresentadas neste texto foram construídas a partir das experiências com o estágio de Educação Infantil no curso de Pedagogia, o que possibilitou fazer inferências teóricas e metodológicas sobre o estágio e a formação de docentes. O estágio é compreendido como um contexto formador dialético entre teoria e prática e torna-se condição para promover conhecimentos sobre a docência em creches e pré-escolas. O estágio por um período de tempo contínuo e prolongado, que permite a imersão e reflexão sobre a prática, se torna imprescindível na formação inicial de professores(as). A observação e a documentação do cotidiano das instituições de Educação Infantil são processos indispensáveis na formação de professores(as), pois favorece a pesquisa, a reflexão e a inovação pedagógica.
