Abstract
Entre os desafios implicados no ofício de fazer formação docente para a Educação Infantil, este artigo fala de olhares e de possibilidades. Toma como pressuposto que construir um olhar sensível, comprometido com as crianças, é um imenso e necessário aprendizado para o profissional da Educação Infantil. Além disso, considera que observar, interpelar o real, registrar, para gerar reflexões e análises que rompam com o enquadramento determinista da realidade, são ações que contribuem para o estagiário-professor em formação apreender (lições sobre) o ofício da docência. Mirando possibilidades, este texto pretende compartilhar questões e proposições articuladas no processo de acompanhar e orientar estudantes no estágio curricular em Educação Infantil do curso de Pedagogia. Na narrativa constituída, as vozes de estudantes-estagiários são também visibilizadas, de forma a contribuir para amplificar sentidos e reafirmar caminhos nos quais a centralidade do olhar sensível, e seu aprendizado, projeta-se como essencialidade.
