ESTUDO DA VIABILIDADE DA IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE TRÊS MÉTODOS DE SUSTENTABILIDADE EM CASAS GEMINADAS NA REGIÃO METROPOLITANA DE BELO HORIZONTE - MG

Abstract

This article aims to verify the economic feasibility of implementing a semi-detached houses project in the RMBH with the adoption of three sustainable methods to increase the entrepreneur's profitability. Environmental problems and the civil construction sector are growing and notorious in Brazil, especially entrepreneurs see a good line of business that benefits themselves, society and the environment. The research used in this study is of the applied type and the case study was adopted as the technical procedure. The data were obtained through budgets and simulations between November 2019 and March 2020. Finally, it can be concluded that investments in the three sustainable methods in semi-detached houses of RMBH were more profitable and technically feasible for the entrepreneur, as they brought in the shortest period the greatest return on investment.
