ESTRATÉGIA PARA COMPENSAÇÃO DE ERROS DE AÇÃO DE CONTROLE EM UMA VÁLVULA INDUSTRIAL UTILIZANDO INFERÊNCIA FUZZY
Abstract
This work aims to present a study and application of a unified strategy of automatic classification in a flow control loop. This system has an industrial pneumatic valve as the final control element. In this context, this work proposes to apply the fuzzy classification method to improve the features of the valve. Flow and percentage of valve opening are used as input variables. The output is directly compensated on the liquid temperature of the heating system. Finally, the results describe the performance of the system in a real process on a didactic industrial plant. Therefore, all the characteristics of a real industrial process are emulated. The tests are applied in a globe valve with pneumatic actuator and positioner based on Hall effect sensor.
