DESENVOLVIMENTO E CONSTRUÇÃO DE UM DATALOGGER APLICADO AO MONITORAMENTO DE TEMPERATURA E UMIDADE RELATIVA DO AR DE UMA GRANJA CUNÍCULA
Abstract
The temperature and relative humidity of the air performs fundamental roles in animal production. In rabbit farming these factors are of great importance, so that they provide comfort and animal welfare. Thus, the objective of this work was to develop, build and install a data acquisition and measurement system on a rabbit farm, also activating the environment's fans. The proposed system, in addition to being reliable, offered low cost of implantation, using components with easy commercial reach, accessible and easy to use technologies. The equipment was built using two DHT22 sensors, one for internal measurements of the environment and another for external measurements. The project was composed of a real time clock (RTC), SD card recorder module, 4Cx20L liquid crystal display (LCD), electromechanical relay, doorbell and wrist buttons that are used to make adjustments and parameterizations. All of these components were connected to a microcontroller (Arduino Nano) using a printed circuit board (PCB). After installation, the results showed that the system worked as expected, recording the measured data on an SD card, generating a text file (txt). Through the ON-OFF control applied to the fan control, it was possible to control the room temperature limit automatically. Therefore, with the use of low-cost technologies available on the market, it is possible to develop systems that meet the needs of producers and companies in the agricultural sector, increasing quality and productivity.
