INDUSTRY 4.0 IN THE THECHNOLOGICAL AND SOCIAL CONTEXT
Abstract
This article aims to present a study on the formation of the 4.0 industry, bringing the entire historical path of the same. In this way, an analysis of all industrial periods is carried out, showing the specificity of each one, focusing specifically on aspects related to the fourth industrial revolution established in Brazil. In relation to the methodology, a bibliographical survey of archives and academic sites related to the subject was carried out. It was verified that industry 4.0 presents the technological advances with increasingly demanding requirements for the digital world. It is necessary that companies adapt to the new reality and form effective leaders to face the market presented by industry 4.0 in a humanized way, in order to avoid the social exclusion that so constrains the social scenario.
