DESENVOLVIMENTO DE UMA METODOLOGIA PARA O PROCESSO DE PRODUÇÃO DE BLOCO DE CONCRETO
Abstract
A process was developed to produce a concrete block of the hollow type without bottom, with a structural function for use in masonry elements above ground level for a company that is starting in the market. For this study, two types of cement were used, small and large aggregates, water and additive. Therefore, in all, 3 possibilities of ideal trait have been developed. With the blocks made and after 28 days of curing, dimensional analysis tests, water absorption, resistance to compression were carried out according to the parameters established by NBR 6136: 2016. The blocks that were made with the 3 lines were submitted to the resistance test, however line 1 and 3 did not obtain the minimum resistance and were discarded. Trace 2, which was made with Portland Cement CP II, resulted in faster drying compared to traces 1 and 3, which were made with Portland Cement CP IV, at the same curing time, which may have caused both reach minimum strength. Trace 3 still achieved greater resistance due to the additive, but even so, it did not obtain the minimum amount as indicated in the regulations. The analyzes followed only with trace 2, which was also approved in the dimensional analysis and water absorption, so trace 2 was in compliance with the three requirements studied. Therefore, through the study carried out, it can be concluded that it is possible to develop a method to produce a concrete block according to the regulations.
