GESTÃO DE DADOS NO PROCESSO DE RASTREABILIDADE INERENTE À CADEIA PRODUTIVA DA AGRICULTURA FAMILIAR

Abstract

With the increase of the population, the high productivity in the crops also grew. As a consequence of this increase, consumers are increasingly demanding and thus, Family Farming has also sought to adapt to a new scenario to meet the demand. Considering the importance of the theme and the need that traceability has to store all the information of the process, this work presents a relational database model, improving previous works developed for organic and family agriculture. The objective is to identify concepts and notions of data management in the traceability process inherent to the family farming production chain and how the data can be stored in a relational database, managing all information from planting to harvest to support decision making improving the process.
