Abstract

Projects are born out of desires of people or businesses, and also emerge from need to solve problems. In any case, a project has numerous techniques or methodologies to be developed. Developing a project basically consists of planning. Planning relies on a number of long-known and well-known techniques. They are usually thorough and exhaustive techniques, in the essence of words, that is, they are executed sequentially and methodically in a tightly controlled manner. The evolution of a project depends on how the assumptions that determine actions that meet needs of a project are interpreted. Therefore, correctly interpreted assumptions lead to well planned and executed projects, if not, chance of a project being delayed or not completed becomes significant. So for a project to be properly planned a technique is needed that allows the assumptions to be well interpreted. The most robust way to interpret a premise is to make it a requirement. This article presents in a simple and objective way how to simplify projects with requirements.
