IMPORTÂNCIA DA PRECISÃO DE PARÂMETROS TERMOGRÁFICOS DA CERÂMICA NA DETECÇÃO DE INFILTRAÇÕES
Abstract
The objective of this article is to analyze the importance of the accuracy of the thermographic parameters of ceramics in inspections for the detection of infiltrations. For this study, a prototype of a masonry wall with ceramic coating was developed, simulating an infiltration in a hydraulic installation. An inspection was carried out with a thermographic camera to detect the leak, and the effect that the insertion of wrong values of thermographic parameters, such as emissivity, apparent reflected temperature and distance have on the measured temperature, was analyzed. The results found indicate that the alteration of the parameters emissivity and apparent temperature reflected cause an error in the temperature of the object verified through the thermographic camera. It is concluded that it is important to experimentally determine the values of emissivity and apparent temperature reflected for the realization of thermographic inspections with the purpose of detecting infiltrations in ceramic coated walls.
