Abstract

In today's competitive market, having a leadership profile capable of living in a climate of instability and capable of creating new visions of the future, becomes a competitive differential since the search for more qualified and qualified professionals is constantly on the rise. However, despite all the challenging scenario that presents itself, little is known about the profile of engineering students or their positioning in management situations. In this way, this study aims to evaluate the leadership profile of Production Engineering students in the municipalities of Teresina-PI and São Luís-MA, based on a survey carried out under the students' perception of their characteristics, skills and competences of the theme addressed. The research will be quantitative with the application of the questionnaire electronically and the sample will be non-probabilistic due to accessibility.
