APLICAÇÃO DO RADAR DA INOVAÇÃO EM PEQUENAS EMPRESAS: DIMENSÃO AMBIÊNCIA INOVADORA
Abstract
In an increasingly globalized, demanding and competitive market, innovation emerges as a differentiating factor for the growth or survival of micro and small companies. The development of a business environment capable of continuously stimulating innovation allows for significant improvements in several areas of a business. Thus, in view of the aspects presented, this study aimed to analyze the evolution of the Innovative Ambience dimension and its impact on the innovation scenario of small companies in the segment of packaging industries in Feira de Santana. The methodology outlined for the development of the article was exploratory research, based on a qualitative and quantitative approach. The results obtained allowed us to verify that although all the analyzed companies made progress, the company that carried out the development of actions directed to the Innovative Ambience dimension obtained more significant results, which impacted on other dimensions by encouraging external knowledge and valuing innovation, thus resulting in in further advances in its Global Innovation Degree.
