ELETROPNEUMATIC IC DEVICE FOR MARKING ON CARBON STEEL SHEET
Abstract
Competitiveness in the current market makes companies look for innovation and value the reduction of time in their processes, raising quality standards and promoting increasingly stricter standards, which results in a new business perspective. This work proposes the development of a prototype, in order to meet the needs of a company, to improve its production process for marking carbon steel plates. One of the great adversities found within this operation is the lack of standardization and the quality of the print, this is justified because it is performed manually, the problem is aggravated by being a mandatory requirement of the customer, generating a direct impact on traceability in benefit of control in the final product. To support the project, concepts of mechanical engineering, electropneumatic automation were applied, adding the principles of resistance of materials, reconciling the proposal to measure the results, in order to overcome the deficiency of the operation, instituting a procedure that includes the parameters and tolerances permissible, reflecting on the quality and full compliance with the user's specifications
