VISTORIA TÉCNICA: UM ESTUDO DE CASO DA ESCOLA DE ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL FRANCISCO SALES FILHO EM ITAITINGA – CE

Abstract

The annex of the Francisco Sales Filho Elementary School is located at Rua Mario Sales nº 460, in the Jabuti neighborhood, in the city of Itaitinga, in the State of Ceará. The structure of the Francisco Sales Filho Elementary School Annex is composed of a conventional system of reinforced concrete, containing pillars, beams and lattice slabs. The annex consists of 1 (one) ground floor with (circulation, stairwell and 4 classrooms) and an upper 1st floor also consisting of (circulation, stairwell and 4 classrooms), covered in a roof with ceramic tiles. on conventional gabled wood and granilite floor covering. The building attached to the Francisco Sales Filho Elementary School presents some pathological manifestations, among them cracks and fissures in the floor covering of the rooms and in the hall, fissures on the faces of the beams and the detachment of the ceramic material of the wall covering.
