Abstract

: Over the years, civil construction has been innovating more and more in the labor market. Seeking ways to industrialize its construction methods, as the market is constantly growing, aiming at optimizing quality, cost and productivity. The industrial method analyzed in this study has been a popular option for construction companies, as it meets the desirable requirements. The objective of the study was to analyze and present the functionality of the execution steps, that is, detailing the execution sequences that were used by the work in question studied, to analyze advantages and disadvantages of the application of the method. The work consists of presenting a case study, with the use of cast-in-place concrete walls, in a residential condominium where the company responsible for the work used metallic forms. All executive steps were monitored, such as marking, reinforcement assembly, electrical embedded installations, formwork assembly, concreting and stripping. By monitoring the entire construction process, it was observed that with the use of the method, the work acquired a high gain in time for its execution, less waste of raw materials, reduced labor, unification of stages of conventional methods , because with the use of the mold, the steps from roughcast to internal coating are performed in a single sequence. Therefore, after analyzing its process, it is concluded that with the application of the methodology, the works obtained a high productivity index, reduction of raw material and residues inside the construction site.
