DECISÃO DE UTILIZAÇÃO DOS SERVIÇOS METROVIÁRIOS E DE ÔNIBUS DE TERESINA: INFLUÊNCIA DA LEALDADE DOS USUÁRIOS NO PROCESSO DE ESCOLHA
Abstract
The objective of this study was to identify the level of loyalty of public transport users in Teresina. For this, an already validated loyalty scale was taken into account, addressing the constructs of Loyalty, Satisfaction, Hedonic Value, Utility Value, Comfort and Convenience. The research was quantitative with the application of a questionnaire electronically and the non-probabilistic sample for accessibility. In line with the literature, the results obtained indicated that there is a positive relationship between the importance given to the level of loyalty and the use of the subway public transport service. A discrepancy was identified between the modes, with emphasis on the subway service, where a higher level of satisfaction was observed in all other constructs when compared to the bus service.
