ANÁLISE DE INTERAÇÃO SOLO-ESTRUTURA EM DOLFINS DE AMARRAÇÃO E ATRACAÇÃO
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of the soil-structure interaction on the foundation elements of an anchoring and mooring dolphin. The analyzed dolphin consists of a horizontal slab of reinforced concrete arranged on inclined metal piles, each composed of two W610x125 profiles welded side by side by their flanges. Winkler's (1867) methodology was used as a theoretical basis to consider the soil-structure interaction. The computational models developed in the work were prepared on the software ANSYS. The results of the model that considers the soil-structure interaction were compared with the results of conventional project models. Thus, it can be concluded that the conventional project methodology for the type of structure analyzed in this study remains valid, as it provides results in favor of safety. On the other hand, the consideration of the soil-structure interaction presented smaller requests on the most loaded elements of the foundation, which can bring economic benefits to the project.
