Abstract

The objective is to analyze female participation in popular participation forums held to review the Municipal Master Plan of Londrina in 2018, seeking to measure the problems and proposals that permeated the issue of women. This research with a qualitative approach and based on dialectical materialism was carried out from secondary surveys. It was found during popular participation forums that the presence of women was balanced compared to the male presence, varying from one popular forum to another, sometimes for more, sometimes for less. It is concluded that in Londrina, there was no organized movement to insert a gender cut into the guidelines that guide the urban policy of the municipal master plan.
