PERFIL DOS PROFESSORES DE HISTÓRIA NOS CAMPOS GERAIS DO PARANÁ - BRASIL

Resumo

O texto expõe as conclusões centrais da pesquisa “Perfil dos professores de História nos Campos Gerais do Paraná”, desenvolvida em 2004, sob direção do autor. O levantamento investigou formação, concepções de História e Educação, condição sócio-econômica e condições de trabalho, dados étnicos, religiosos e políticos, acesso a bens culturais e satisfação com a profissão, de professores de História da região. Parte dos dados pôde ser comparada com um levantamento similar desenvolvido em 1994. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida também como atividade didática para o Bacharelado em História da Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa. A importância das conclusões da pesquisa para a Didática da História está em suas características específicas, sobretudo por interpretar as mudanças no objeto num intervalo de 10 anos.

This paper presents the main conclusions of the research “History teachers’ profile in the region of Campos Gerais, Paraná - Brazil”, developed in 2004, under the author’s direction. The survey investigated the schooling, the views about History and Education, the social, economical and working conditions, the ethnical, religious and political data and the access to cultural goods of History teachers in the region. Part of the data could be compared with a similar survey developed in 1994. The research was also developed as a didactical activity for the History Bachelorship of the University of Ponta Grossa. The importance of the conclusions of this study for History Didactics lies in its specific characteristics, mainly because it interprets the changes the object has undergone in a period of ten years.
