Abstract
ABSTRACT
The aim of this paper is to present a proposal for an institutional restorative justice policy, aimed at preventing and dealing with internal and external conflicts in institutions, based on the experience developed by the Conversation Circles in the context of the Federal Court of the 4th Region, as well as the direct and necessary link between mediation, restorative justice and human rights in order to recover the organizational mission and spirit.
From the reflections on the conflict, we have the possibility of identifying paths for dialog, which include re-learning communication, the search for a culture of peace and non-discrimination and the transformation of a production system into a circularity of cooperation.
