In a contemporary pluralistic context, this article aims to bring to light essential elements of the paradigms of conquest and containment, through an interdisciplinary approach between Sociology, Law and Literature, in particular, dialoguing concepts with the literary work "Ender’s Game" by Orson Scott Card. The methodology adopted was, essentially, bibliographical, as it approached authors immersed in the epistemological and jusophilosophical debate for points of convergence. It is concluded that the approximation of Literature to the other sciences is a way of democratizing the understanding, resorting to modern visions as facilitators of the instruments of diversified studies. Therefore, it is shown that the act of knowing does not necessarily mean conquering the Other and preserving him it is a path to epistemological evolution.
