Abstract: It is undeniable the change between 19th-century capitalism and present-day capitalism when we think about how societies have started to address sexual and gender diversity, especially in the West. As the struggles progressed, neoliberal capitalism showed that it was capable of assimilating such issues, as long as individuals did not interfere with the current market model. Sexual and gender-related issues connected to Marxism may sound like a topic that is "less" academically discussed for some. Indeed, many factors have contributed to this, such as changes in work organization. This has had a significant impact on the way workers are organized. We will seek to discuss these issues and relate them to the class struggle.
Key-words: Gender. Sexuality. Materialism.
