THE HANNAH ARENDT'S THOUGHT AS A PARAMETER FOR UNDERSTANDING THE ACCESS TO INFORMATION LAW IN BRAZIL
Abstract
This article is intended to focus on the issues of the Access to Information Law (LAI) in Brasil for the democracy. Thus, the study proposes to make an excerpt of the work "The origins of totalitarianism: anti-Semitism, imperialism, totalitarianism", by Hannah Arendt, directing the focus of article to Part III of the book, in order to present the relationship between the author's thoughts and the issues surrounding Law nº. 12.527/2011. For that, the understanding of scholars on both themes will be highlighted, demonstrating the importance of the dialogue between them and, in this vein, shedding light on the relevant contribution of the work under discussion in the current situation. The approach method is deductive, with qualitative research and essentially bibliographic research technique.
