DEMANDAS ESTRUTURAIS:
POSSIBILIDADE DE PARTICIPAÇÃO DOS TRIBUNAIS DE CONTAS
Abstract
The structural demands have some specific characteristic, such as complexity and multipolarity, considering the multiple actors involved. This article aims to analyse if it is possible that Court of Accounts participate in structural demands, considering dialogical opening that charactrizing these demands. Therefore, this paper was developed using the logical-deductive methor of approach through theoretical reserach, as well as the indirect documentary technique. The article is structured in three sections, the first one presents briefly the structural demans, focusing on the main actors; the second one explains the competences and instruments of fiscalization that the Court of Accounts can count on. Finally, the third one analyzes if it is possible the participation of the Accounts Courts in the structural demands. Based on the results, it was verified that this participation was possible, as well were explicited the forms and moments of that.
