Reestruturando o procedimento de registro de candidaturas com auxílio das técnicas do processo estrutural
Abstract
ABSTRACT: This article analyzes the disorganized state of the current candidate registration process. To better understand this suboptimal state, data from the 2022 elections in the state of Paraná were collected regarding the reasons for rejections of congressional candidacies. It demonstrates how structural process techniques can aid in this restructuring. It outlines the intention to participate in the Superior Electoral Court's public hearings aimed at improving the resolutions governing the electoral process and to present a proposal to prevent and combat the reported state of noncompliance with the creation of a new institution called pre-registration of candidates. This will function as a sort of filter for candidate viability, ensuring that political parties responsible for selecting and registering candidates, in a spirit of cooperation, select only those who are not barred by prior certification.
