O PIBID COMO PROGRAMA DE INSERÇÃO PROFISSIONAL NA DOCÊNCIA: DADOS DOS EGRESSOS DO PROGRAMA

Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar as implicações do Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID) nos primeiros anos da docência. Para coleta de dados utilizou-se do questionário, com perguntas fechadas, abertas e semiestruturadas. O questionário foi enviado pelo Software SurveyMonkey e foi respondido por 31 egressos de cinco licenciaturas de uma universidade do Sul do país. Em um segundo momento da pesquisa foi realizado observações participantes e entrevistas com a diretoria, auxiliar de ensino, coordenadora pedagógica e professora egressa do PIBIC, que havia respondido o questionário na primeira etapa, sobre sua vivência nos primeiros anos de magistério. A docente estava em seu segundo ano de atividade profissional, como efetiva/concursada, em um Centro de Educação Infantil de uma cidade de Santa Catarina Os resultados indicaram à relevância do PIBID na formação e inserção da egressa e como proporcionou uma maior interação entre os processos de aprendizagem da graduação em relação a inserção e a prática docente. Um grande fator pertinente à inserção profissional se constitui nas relações no ambiente escolar, que auxiliam no processo da construção das características do fazer docente.
