Abstract

This article presents a discussion on the importance of careful listening to children in research and the drawing as source of artistic production about their favorite play in the school routine of Children's Education. The aim of this study is to present production of drawings made by children to represent their favorite play and discuss the importance of the play for the children's development through theoretical foundation of historical-cultural psychology. The methodology used was qualitative research based on historical-cultural approach, chat groups were conducted and registers of the drawings made by the children about their favorite play were made. As a result, it was possible to widen concepts about the participation of the child in Children's Education, which were analyzed based on the opinions of both the children and the adults, making it possible for the researchers to reflect on the spaces and moments dedicated to the play in the school routine of Children's Education.

Doutoranda em educação (USP) e Mestra em Educação (CUML). Chefe da Seção de Pré-escolas (Secretaria Municipal de Educação de Ribeirão Preto).

Evani Andreatta Amaral Camargo, Centro Universitário Moura Lacerda

He has a degree in Speech Therapy from the Federal University of São Paulo (1977), a Master's in Linguistics from the State University of Campinas (1994) and a doctorate in Education from the State University of Campinas (2000). Post-doctorate in Linguistics by the Instituto de Estudos da Linguagem (UNICAMP). Experience in the areas of Education and Speech Therapy, acting mainly on the following themes: development of oral language, appropriation of written language, intellectual disability and school aspects of children with difficulties and developmental delays, inserted in regular school. In addition, it presents research in Education and in Linguistics, in the area of ​​Special Education and language development, in the Bakhtinian and historical-cultural perspectives. She worked as a Professor in the Master's Course in Education, at the Centro Universitário Moura Lacerda, in line with the Constitution of the School Subject until June 2019.
