MODELO MATEMÁTICO PARA AVALIAÇÃO DE DESEMPENHO DE PESSOAS USANDO FUZZY-SAW
Abstract
This paper aims to create a model for evaluating people's performance, based on multiple criteria, both qualitative and quantitative, so that it can be used by the Human Resources sector of organizations. To exemplify and validate the model, a case study is developed in three companies. This paper has the connotation of applied and exploratory research, with a case study for data collection for model validation and testing. As for the technical procedures applied to the study, research was carried out with direct questioning to the managers of the three companies, with an ex-post-facto vocation. In approaching the problem, the work is characterized as quali-quanti, as it deals with perceptions characterized by qualitative expressions, transforming them into numerical values. The results obtained show ease of application of the model in the three companies, with easy assimilation by managers in data collection and analysis of results, ratifying it as representative of the employees' reality.
