Abstract

The constitutional limits of content moderation on social networks. The study focuses on the constitutionality of private mechanisms for restricting freedom of expression on the internet, in order to make private content moderation mechanisms on the internet compatible with the norms, principles and fundamental rights protected by the Brazilian Federal Constitution. The research is eminently bibliographic, through doctrinal studies and jurisprudential positions, seeking to outline the limits of freedom of expression in the virtual environment and outline constitutional parameters for private content moderation mechanisms on the internet, in order to avoid unreasonable arbitrary limitations on freedom of expression. expression on social media.
