Abstract
The constitutional limits of content moderation on social networks. The study focuses on the constitutionality of private mechanisms for restricting freedom of expression on the internet, in order to make private content moderation mechanisms on the internet compatible with the norms, principles and fundamental rights protected by the Brazilian Federal Constitution.
