TRAMITAÇÃO ÁGIL E BENEFÍCIOS POR INCAPACIDADE NA JUSTIÇA ESTADUAL
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the structural practices of the Federal Regional Court of the 4th Region (TRF-4) in managing incapacity benefit processes, focusing on the Agile Processing project. In light of the challenges faced by the Brazilian judiciary, such as high demand and delays in benefit granting, the project seeks to optimize processing through automation and the use of metadata. The research proposes an analysis of TRF-4's practices and their potential application in State Justice, addressing the theoretical framework, project outcomes, and impacts in both judicial spheres.
