A formação inicial de professores: os cursos de Pedagogia nas universidades públicas do Paraná

Este artigo buscou compreender como estão organizados os currículos dos cursos de Pedagogia das instituições públicas do estado do Paraná. Para tanto, foi realizado um levantamento das contribuições que os Projetos Pedagógicos dos cursos trazem para a formação dos pedagogos nessas instituições. Em primeiro lugar, traz-se um olhar para a organização do trabalho do pedagogo no Paraná, considerando diferentes períodos e, também, os momentos pelos quais a formação desses profissionais passou. Em seguida, apresentam-se os cursos de pedagogia nas IES públicas do estado a partir da análise dos Projetos Pedagógicos disponíveis nos sites das instituições. Os resultados apontam que há matrizes curriculares diversas e sob fundamentos teóricos diferentes, de modo a promover a formação de pedagogos no estado com uma pluralidade de concepções. Considera-se, portanto, que a formação inicial do pedagogo no Paraná prevê um árduo trabalho com os fundamentos da educação e com as práticas de ensino na Educação Infantil e nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental.

Abstract
Initial teacher education: Pedagogy courses at the public universities of Paraná
This paper sought to understand how the curricula of the Pedagogy courses of public institutions in the state of Paraná, Brazil, are organized. For that, a survey was made of the contributions that the Pedagogical Projects of the courses bring to the education of pedagogues in these institutions. Firstly, it is brought up a look at the organization of the work of the pedagogue in Paraná, considering different periods and also the moments by which the education of these professionals passed. Next, the courses of Pedagogy are presented in public HEIs of the state from the analysis of the Pedagogical Projects available on the institutions’ websites. The results indicate that there are different curricular matrices and different theoretical foundations, in order to promote the education of pedagogues in the state with a plurality of conceptions. It is considered, therefore, that the initial education of the pedagogue in Paraná foresees an arduous work with the foundations of education and with the teaching practices in the initial grades of Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education.

La formación inicial de profesores: los cursos de Pedagogía en las universidades públicas de Paraná
En este artículo se buscó comprender cómo están organizados los planes de estudio de los cursos de Pedagogía de instituciones públicas en el estado de Paraná, Brasil. Para ello, se realizó una encuesta de las contribuciones que los Proyectos Pedagógicos de los cursos aportan a la formación de los pedagogos en estas instituciones. En primer lugar, se observa la organización del trabajo del pedagogo en Paraná, considerando diferentes periodos y también los momentos por los cuales la formación de estos profesionales pasó. A continuación, se presentan los cursos de pedagogía en las IES públicas del estado a partir del análisis de los Proyectos Pedagógicos disponibles en los sitios web de las instituciones. Los resultados indican que hay matrices curriculares diversas y bajo fundamentos teóricos diferentes, para promover la formación de pedagogos en el estado, con una pluralidad de concepciones. Se considera, por lo tanto, que la formación inicial del pedagogo en Paraná prevé un trabajo arduo con los fundamentos de la educación y con las prácticas de enseñanza en la Educación Infantil y en los primeros años de Educación Primaria.
