Coordenação Pedagógica: atuação junto aos professores para a inclusão escolar

Este estudo visou discutir aspectos relacionados à atuação da Coordenação Pedagógica junto a professores dos anos finais do Ensino Fundamental, tendo em vista a inclusão escolar dos alunos público-alvo da Educação Especial na rede regular estadual de ensino de um município do Estado do Paraná. A partir de abordagem qualitativa, a pesquisa contou com 22 participantes e utilizou como instrumentos de coleta de dados: questionário para professores e coordenadoras pedagógicas; observação do trabalho da Coordenação Pedagógica; e análise documental dos Projetos Político-Pedagógicos das quatro escolas envolvidas. A pesquisa evidenciou que há atuação da Coordenação Pedagógica relacionada ao acompanhamento do planejamento e da prática pedagógica dos professores e à sua formação continuada. Ademais, indicou que há aspectos positivos e, também, práticas que podem ser revistas pela coordenação e pelos professores.
