Abstract

Risk analysis (RA) is commonly applied in project management, however, it is infrequently evidenced in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) projects. The purpose of this work is to present a qualitative research, carried out through the review of the specialized literature and by the interpretative analysis of the interviews with professionals and academics (specialists) who have knowledge and practice in managing and conducting LSS projects, with the main objective of identifying the main risk factors (RF) present in each phase of DMAIC Roadmap, as well as proposing a model for the RA of main RF present before, during and after the execution of LSS projects - Roadmap DMAICRA - in order to reduce waste of time and resources, providing a better result of LSS projects.
