For the data collection, it was used the application of a structured online questionnaire with the link shared on social networks, for the students, having multiple choice questions and an open question so that there could be a greater expression of feelings on the subject. It was found in the results that the Knowledge Management in Pandemic Universities suffers several external interferences that end up compromising the process, however the remote modality can be a tool that in the future can be used as a complement to the presential classes.
