Luz, sombra e afetos: 'quase-memória' da visita do fotógrafo João Roberto Ripper a Ponta Grossa (PR)

Abstract

O artigo relembra a participação do fotodocumentarista João Roberto Ripper no Ciclo Comemorativo na Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa dos 50 anos de maio de 1968. Com base na palestra, oferece reflexão sobre modos de ver, agir e narrar presentes no modo de produção do fotojornalista e que, eventualmente, estabelecem sintonias possíveis para com as trasnformações culturais herdadas daquele período. Destaca-se, sobretudo, o modo particular como o trabalho do fotógrafo estabelece um registro documental e jornalístico em fotos sobre os direitos humanos no Brasil.

Jornalista. Doutor em Geografia pela UEPG, coordenador do projeto de extensão Lente Quente. Mestre em Ciências da Comunicação pela Unisinos. Professor do Departamento de Jornalismo da UEPG.
