JORNAIS LITERÁRIOS NO PARANÁ: OS CEM PRIMEIROS ANOS DA LITERATURA NA IMPRENSA A PARTIR DOS CATÁLOGOS COMEMORATIVOS DO IHGB
Abstract
This article seeks to investigate, through the connection with the history of the media and the printed word in Brazil, a little about the literary newspapers in Brazil and especially in Paraná Paraná from the "Tomo Consagrado à Exposição Commemorativa do Primeiro Centenário da Imprensa Periódica no Brasil", as well as other regional editions produced by the Brazilian Historical Geographic Institute (IHGB). In this sense, one can see that the year 1908 was special for Brazilian journalism, since the centenary of the press in Brazil was celebrated and, for this reason, the IHGB was responsible for carrying out an inventory of all titles found on Tupiniquim land. It was noted in these catalogues the great presence of literary newspapers that invaded the universe of reading in the country and that became important for the history of journalism.
