THE NACIONAL LITERACY ASSESSMENT REPORT (ANA) OF JALES – READING AND WRITING – FROM THE SPEECH ANALYSIS REPORT
Abstract
This article aims to analyze the document that deals with the results obtained in the National Literacy Assessment (ANA), held in 2016 by students of the 3rd year of Elementary School in the municipality of Jales / SP, from the perspective of Discourse Analysis of the line French (AD3). For this, we conducted a bibliographic and documentary research, considering the document itself (INEP, 2017) and the contributions of authors such as Cardoso (1999), Coracini (2001), Fernandes (2008), Foucault (1999), Orlandi (2005; 2008), Ramos (2002), Soares (2010), Solé (1998), among others. The results bring together elements that allow: to broaden the view on the large-scale assessments applied in Basic Education, in particular, ANA; discuss the concept of reading and writing included in this assessment; and reflect on the discourse present in their reports with regard to improving the quality of education.
