INTERAÇÃO E SENTIDOS DA LEITURA PARA ADOLESCENTES

Apresenta-se, neste texto, uma interpretação de dados coletados em pesquisa sobre os sentidos, inquietações e expectativas que a leitura vem apresentando na vida de adolescentes que cursam a 8ª série do Ensino Fundamental. Os resultados obtidos permitem reflexões sobre a importância da interação no processo dialógico que favorece a construção de sentidos nas leituras realizadas, a função dos pais e dos professores enquanto leitores-modelos, e a motivação e a sedução pela leitura, as quais, na verdade, revelam-se potenciais de incentivo com intensidades de influências diferenciadas na família e na escola.

Data collected in a research on the meaning, the concerns and the expectations that reading has in the life of teenagers studying in the last year of the Elementary School are interpreted in this study. Results show the importance of interactivity in the dialogic process that helps in the building of meanings in reading, as well as the roles parents and teachers play as paradigm readers, and the motivation and the allurement for reading, which are powerful incentives of variegated influence and intensity within the family and the school.
