This experience report aims to describe the experiences of academics in activities developed in the extension project: “The Promotion of Biopsychosocial Health of Children and Adolescents in Social Isolation in the Context of Covid-19”. It included remote and face-to-face actions, respecting social distance and measures to prevent the spread of SARS-VOC-2. The non-face-to-face actions were disseminated through social networks and aimed at the community of a Football School in the Paraíba interior. The themes sought to assist in facing the pandemic as well as providing information with scientific support on many relevant topics regarding childhood and adolescence. Thus, the extension project was of great value as it provided access to the new updates on COVID-19 in a practical and safe way in order to provide advice on protecting people, individually and collectively, promoting biopsychosocial development. Besides, it was essential for the improvement of the formative process of the extensionists.
