In this study we report the actions developed in Rondon Project during Operação Açaí in Cachoeira do Arari at the Ilha do Marajó in the state of Pará. It was carried out from 8th to 20th July of 2012. The activities were developed by teams of the Ponta Grossa State University (UEPG) and Minas Gerais State University (UEMG) campus João Monlevade. The UEPG team was responsible for the actions in health, education, culture, human rights and justice. It is believed that the potential of the multidisciplinary team of UEPG in association with the team of UEMG besides the population of Cachoeira do Arari, will be responsible for short-term and long-term local changes that it misses joint actions in the areas of health, education, human rights, sport and leisure, as well as in terms of cultural appreciation and recognition of the territory.Downloads
